Aim of our Company
Netbox5 is committed to delivering the total in house solution. We have spent
several years refining our processes to ensure that, whatever the project, our
staff can fully manage, resource and support our clients. This document explains
the ways in which we do this.
Background
We started as an
IT company offering hardware, software and systems support to our clients. Once
established and having begun to build a reputation as a company that makes a
difference we looked into how we could improve our services still further. One
of the main problems that we encountered was re-sourcing staff when the workload
became excessive. We could see first hand that many of our clients had not had
the best of experience when using agency staff so we decided to try and change
the industry for the better by developing a service we refer to as "Staff on
Tap".
At the same time we focussed our core support offering around a range of products
and services which we felt best matched the demands of our customers. At any
given time, we ensure that on site and helpdesk staff with these core skills are
readily available to our clients.
By combining our IT skills with running a team of engineers we are now able to
offer the complete IT solution and can provide our customers with the engineers
they need backed up by our IT skills and experience. In short, we understand
what is needed to support our clients in the best way possible.
